KSCT - B & C : Rs. 1000 ( For every Six months )
KSCT - D & E : Rs. 1500 ( For every Six months
Medicine :
KSCT - A : Rs. 1500 up to Rs. 3500 ( One set of Medicines )
KSCT - B : Rs. 2500 up to Rs. 5500 ( One set of Medicines )
KSCT - C : Rs. 4500 up to Rs. 7500 ( One set of Medicines )
KSCT - D : Rs. 6500 up to Rs. 9500 ( One set of Medicines )
KSCT -
E : Rs. 8500 up to Rs.21000 ( One set of Medicines )
Please note :
The cost of medicines mentioned above is for one set of medicines of single disease, applicable to all categories.
Depending upon the doses prescribed, one
set of medicines may normally last about 20 to 30 days,
In case of multiple diseases :
Every disease is chargeable
regardless of quantity, number of medicines and mode of medication provided.
Blending & Mixing :
To reduce
the number of medicines to be taken daily, the blending and mixing of different medicines prescribed may be provided
on request.
Charges may
vary from Rs. 500=00 to 2500=00 depending upon the number of different
medicines to be blended / mixed.
The cost mentioned above is inclusive of packing charges.
Payments :
Initial payments ( Which comprise of : Fees of Consultancy, Diagnostic Remedial Profile and cost of one set of medicines ) for all categories to be made at the time of Consultancy / Registration.
Remaining balance amount is to be
paid at the time of submitting the Body
Fluids Samples.
Cash payments are always in preference but in
certain other cases or for the out station patients, payments may be made
through Bank Demand Draft or Money Transfer.
Note
:
Handling and courier charges are
payable in case of medicine to be
dispatched for out station patients.
Important
:
The payment structure provided
is just tentative and in no way binding on the person providing the treatment.
The payment structure is
subject to change on the basis of the gravity of each disease and the condition
of the patient / individual, who is to take this treatment.
The mandatory ' Registration and Agreement & declaration'
papers are required to be submitted, under all probabilities, at the
time of providing
the samples of patient's body fluids.
Failing which, no medication
will be possible.
