Sampling (Urine) :  Procedure :

Find yourself a bottle of mineral water. Use the water and keep the bottle. For a period of 36 hours, each time (you urinate), a sample of approximately10-15 ml ( mid stream urine - avoid start and end phase of urination ) is to be collected in the bottle.

It is advised  that sampling be started at night, so that a sample of two mornings (urine) can be obtained.  Both morning samples are to be of 50 ml approximately.

After sampling, shake the bottle thoroughly and put 5 ml of the sample in the small bottle. This small bottle for final sampling can be procured from the center also.

Blood test : 

Put 2 ml or equal amount of blood in the preservative ( non chemical ) provided by the centre.

For out station patients :

If, the sample of blood and urine could be arranged to pack in such a way,  so as  to reach the center in a complete frozen state, then only it will be accepted.

Otherwise patient need to be present at the center to provide body fluids of oneself.    

The patient may have to stay for about 10 -12 days and then continue the treatment at their place of living.

After getting samples of body fluids from the patients, the preparations for commencement of the treatment requires minimum of 72 hours.

Instructions for the medication :

1.  Remember – One drop amounts to one dose. Taking more drops at a time is the

 waste of medicine.

2.  All the medicines are to be taken one hour before the main meals, unless specified otherwise.

In every session ( Morning, noon & evening or late evening - before going to bed ), the time   interval between each dose prescribe is 5 to 10 minutes. Morning doses should be taken empty stomach.

3. The doses prescribed at late evening / night - before going to bed, are to be taken two hours after the night meal.
4. The oil based medicines - Nabhyamritam, Dehaamritam, Nose - Ear drops & Hair Tonic, should be shaken well before use.
5. The other alcohol based medicines may simply be dropped directly on the tongue. 

Application :

Naabhyaamritam : Shake the bottle well. Put 2 – 3 drops of Nabhyamritam in your naval, lying down. Wait for two minutes, then gently press it into your naval, a few times with your finger.

Dehaamritam :  Shake the bottle well. Take a few drops  ( 8 - 10 ) or as per your requirement on your palm and rub it gently on the affected part of the body. Apply   Dehaamritam on the joints of your all 20 nails (hands and feet both).

KSCT Nose - Ear drops :  Shake the bottle well. Apply Nose-Ear Drop on both the side of the septum of  your nose, and 1-2 drop in both the ears.

KSCT Hair Tonic : Shake the bottle well. Apply Hair Tonic at the root of the hair before going to bed at night and wash hair in the morning with non-chemical shampoo.

KSCT Clear Vision : Put one to two drops in both the eyes and wait for a few minutes without rubbing.

KSCT Dental Solution :  Put 4-5 drops of Dental Solution in 15 ml water. Keep this solution at least 2-3 minutes in your mouth and then gurgle a few times before spitting it out.

KSCT All Injury Healer : Shake the bottle well. Apply the medicine on the injured part of the  body, be it burn, wound or bleeding etc. Do not bandage in any manner. Apply it as per the requirement or instructions.
